AIU Procurement System

Enterprise procurement management system developed for Albukhary International University (AIU) to transition the university's procurement unit from manual, paper-based processes to a modern web-based management platform. Features end-to-end requisition handling, itemized quotation comparisons, approval workflows, and expenditure tracking tailored to institutional policies. Challenge: Cross-checking workflows across numerous administrative teams and departments to craft an intuitive, user-friendly UI while guaranteeing strict data-type accuracy and consistency with real-world daily procurement paperwork. Solution: Collaborated closely with multi-departmental stakeholders to map legacy paper forms into structured MySQL relational schemas. Developed responsive, type-safe React and TypeScript interfaces with rigorous frontend data validation, backed by secure PHP API services to streamline daily purchasing requests and status tracking.
